This press message was released by the Government of the Aittihad Kafuristan (Federation of Kafuristan).
Today is truly a great day for Aittihad Kafuristan. In a joyous celebration of Democracy and Modernity, we have witnessed a peaceful transition of power from the government of Jaysh Kyk to that of a coalition government between the Haris Al-Dizzi and Al-Atwan, led by myself, Arik Kafala, as Rayiys.
We Kafuristani have a saying that goes like this, "Camels in a train together should not spit in one another's eyes." meaning that if you are part of a team you gain nothing by disparaging your fellow teammates. It is therefore with great purpose that I must praise the leadership of the Jaysh Kyk whose steady hand at the helm guided Kafuristan away from many a rocky shore.
This election was about many issues. The voters rejected the Jaysh Kyk's environmental policy, their foreign policy. It was a rejection of failed interventionist economics, resoundingly. These are the issues that voters have given us mandate on. But never, not once, was there any doubt that the Jaysh Kyk were good, honorable Kafuristani. And it is the privilege of the Haris Al-Dizzi to build upon the foundations they have laid.
Our foreign policy will be guided by Al-Atwan. It is the belief of the Haris Al-Dizzi that our voters shared a common interest in our foreign policy and that we are united in our vision of a Kafuristan that does not hide in the shadows, but claims its place in the sun.
Harras Al Haris Al Dizzi! (Long Live the House of the Sun)
Harras Al Aittihad! (Long Live the Federation)
Harras Kafuristan! (Long Live Kafuristan)
Signed,
the Government of the Aittihad Kafuristan (Federation of Kafuristan)
