The Eco-Communalism: Vanuku (ECV) party advocates the greater good of the community, more individual liberties, and strong protection of the environment. To promote these aims and protect the balance between the community, the individual, and the environment, the ECV follows the following general principles: -Devolution of decision-making to local authorities, but provide the central government the authority to ensure the citizens are best served. -Greater civil rights, as long as it harms no one. -Strong environmental protection. -Continued international participation and diplomatic relations, while ensuring our military is not overused. -Strong market regulation, to protect our citizens from greedy corporations. -A more permissive national morality, where no religion has too strong a voice in public policy, but protecting everyone's rights to worship as they wish. |
