Description[?]:
"I am for Socialism because I am for humanity". -Eugene V Debs OUR VIEWS: LIBERALISM: We are quite liberal on social issues. We favor an open border, an open refuge policy, and the right to privacy. We oppose conservative attemps to impose their pseudomorality on others. DEMOCRACY: We believe in government "of the people, by the people, and for the people". We are liberal on civil rights issues. We oppose any form of dictatorship, wether capitalist, fascist, or "communist". We will fight to protect the democratic rights and civil liberties of the people. SOCALISM: We support a heavily regulated economy, and greater rights for the workers. We support more nationalized industry, and a national healthcare system. We support greater government involvement in the economy in order to stem the chaos of the free market. We favor a pension plan to support the elderly, and we support expanding welfare. Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI). |
Random quote: "The answer to global warming is in the abolition of private property and production for human need. A socialist world would place an enormous priority on alternative energy sources. This is what ecologically-minded socialists have been exploring for quite some time now." - Louis Proyect |
