Description[?]:
The Minarchist Party asserts that the individual is sovereign. The legitimate role of the state is to protect its citizens and their property from crime and external aggression to the extent that they are unable to provide such protection themselves. The fundamental principle of minarchism is voluntarism which means that nobody should be coerced into anything other than obeying the law. Violence must never be used except in self defence. |

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law. |
Random quote: "Those who are responsible for the national security must be the sole judges of what the national security requires. It would be obviously undesirable that such matters should be made the subject of evidence in a court of law or otherwise discussed in public." - Unattributed member of the the House of Lords on the removal of trade union rights |
