Description[?]:
What we stand for ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are a progressive party of social democrats, liberals and greens. We are united in our belief of the formation of strong Canrille nation through the union of Rildanor and Kanjor, based on the principles of cooperation, solidarity and democracy. Our mission is to further the Canrille cause and to advance the Canrille identity. Our Leadership ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leader: Savien Douvier (December 3732) Party President: Lisette Bouchard (December 3732) The Movement's History ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Founded as a movement of Social Democrats recognizing the lack of viable alternatives to the conservative aristocracy, the Parti social democratique was formed in June 3240. As the movement evolved and morphed, the party came to encompass liberal democrats and centrists. The party of social liberals and democrats, the PLD became the successor party to the PSD to recognize this evolution. The PSD, and the later PLD were instrumental in the creation of the Canrille Empire and lead to the creation of a strong period of social democratic parliamentary democracy. Following the end of Canrille Empire, the again transformed to reflect its new positions and role in Rildanor's political system. The Action canrillaise is a movement that is, at the forefront, progressive and Canrillais nationalist. The modern party still holds tightly onto its roots of being a socially and economically progressive party and seeks to be a force for social justice and equity while striving for the reunion of Rildanor and Kanjor into a renewed Canrille Empire. Party Foundation: June 3240 (PSD), June 3324 (PLD), November 3517 (Regrouping of the PLD as part of Action Canrillaise), Parti social démocratique Party Foundation: June 3240 Past Leaders (Parti social démocratique) : Adrien Tremblay (Interim) June 3240 to December 3241 Pierre Fournier December 3241 to October 3253 Anastasie Lacroix (October 3253 to October 3269) Lise Bonsant (October 3269 to February 3280) Philippe Durand (February 3280 to May 3288) Sébastien Alioux (May 3288 to December 3298) Madeleine Perrault (December 3298 to May 3302) Vincent Vallée (Interim) (May 3302 to November 3302) Sébastien Ménard (November 3302 to November 3312) Georges Fournier (November 3312 to June 3324) Past Leaders (Parti libéral-démocrate) Josseline Bonnay (Interim) (June 3324 to December 3325) Lucas-Marin Dupont (December 3325 to July 3336) André Beaulin (July 3336 - May 3353) Sibylle Charbonneau (May 3353 - December 3359 Mathieu Tremblay (December 3359 to August 3379) Matthias-Rémy Gagnon (August 3379 - November 3393) Nicolas Caron (November 3393 - January 3411) Mirabelle Langlois (January 3411 to June 3423) Frédéric Allard (June 3423 to 3428) Action Canrillaise Louis-César Parent (November 3517 to Present) |
