| After the May 3440 Revolution , anti-Communist elements were left in a state of disorder with no leadership or central organisation with which to fight back against the Revolutonaries. However by November, Admiral Etihad Polopolos had managed to mould together several anti-Communist forces, collectively referred to as the Counterrevolutionaries, promising to return Kalopia to its civilised state prior to the revolution.
