GENERAL INFORMATION
The Democratic Party is one of the major political parties in Valruzia. Ours socially liberal and progressive platform is largely considered center-left in the Valruzian political spectrum. We have the lengthiest record of continuous victories in Valruzia and we are one of the oldest political parties in Valruzia.

CURRENT PARTY LEADER: Barack Dorner

HEADQUARTERS:: BiaƂograd, Greater Valruzia (formerly Arglon)

MAJOR ETHNIC SUPPORT: Ruzian, Zuman

DATE OF FORMATION: April 3109

PARTY HISTORY
Our Great Party was founded on April 3109 by George. N. Smith. We participated in four elections till December 3119. Then we decided to stay away from the political scene because we had a lot of differences with the major Political Parties.

We decided to take part in the elections of June 3185, December 3187, June 3190 and December 3192 under the leadership of Nicola Tolminski. However due to political differences between our high executives we decided to stay once more away from the Valruzian political scene for fifty-one years.

Then it was the year 3243 when we rose from our ashes stronger than ever. In November 3243 we won the elections and from then we win the elections consecutive for 22 years under the leadership of Christos D.

On September 3267 our party members voted Barack Dorner as our new party leader. His first statement after his election was: ''Our party needs new faces and that's what i am going to do. Let's all work together for a stronger and more competitive Valruzia''.
