Reveres civil liberties, particularly free speech, fair trial, freedom of person, and privacy and believes in limits only to prevent harm to others. Concerned with environmental issues, but doesn't consider them a priority. Takes an internationalist view of foreign relations. Believes in medium sized government that oversees but does not interfere. Looks to regulate markets to protect small business and individuals. Dedicated to maintaining a strong military, but only for defence of borders. Considers that morality is not a concern of government, provided the individual's actions harm noone else.
