Description[?]:
The Center-Right Coalition was founded in June of 2273 in response to the government being controlled exclusively by left-wing political entities. Receiving an overwhelming response by the general public, the CRC quickly set out to push an ambitious pro-capitalist and conservative agenda. Winning the state of Hikirena in its first national election, the infant party gathered 10% of the seats on the Grand Council and managed to pass a few pieces of minor legislation. In its second election, however, the Coalition amassed an overwhelming 45% of the popular vote, nearly winning more votes than all 3 of the other parties combined. Instead of winning only 1 state, only 1 state was NOT won by the Center-Rights. The Coalition continues to fight for mainstream Aldegarian values to this day, and will continue to work to restore centrist policies to the Republic. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
Random quote: "A proof is a proof. What kind of a proof? It's a proof. A proof is a proof. And when you have a good proof, it's because it's proven." - Jean Chretien (describing the level of proof about weapons of mass destruction that Canada required to join the Iraq War) |
