Description[?]:
Coalescing late in 3927, the Fronte Democratico Azione (Democratic Action Front) was founded as a reaction to the ascendance of the Convergencia para la República to the majority. Its policies are considered to be centre-right and aimed at reducing the size of the federal government. The make-up of leadership and rank-and-file is largely Vintallian, with some mixed heritage -- critics have charged the DAF of Vintallian nationalism, but official party policy has made no such overtures. Advocating for more allowance for local governance, the DAF believes predominately in allowing more access to voting and more transparency of the election process. It also believes that market economies are inherently more democratic and provide the greater access to goods and services that it advocates. Party Goals (as of 3928): 1.) Reduce the operating size of the Federal Union 2.) Reduce taxes in unison with the reduction of spending 3.) Empower local governments with greater devolution 4.) Curb the cultural activism of the Federal Union 5.) Increase the size of the Congress of the Federal Union to 125 members Party Leadership: Leader - Emilio Alcheri (3927 - Present) Deputy Leader - Oscar Montanari (3927 - Present) Spokesman - Goyo Sparacello (3927 - Present) |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
