Seats[?] in House of Parliament[?]: 0
Color[?]:
Description[?]:
The Social Union is a social liberal party in the Kingdom of Hutori supporting the political and economic liberalization of the country along with reasonable protections for local governments under the rule of law. In regards to economics, the Social Union supports the social market economy, supporting a regulated market that removes the excesses of capitalism whilst maintaining economic freedom. The Social Union supports the welfare state and wishes to help out the poorest members of Hutorian society by expanding the social safety net and investing into education and healthcare, even if it requires moderate increases of taxation on the wealthiest in Hutorian society. Socially, the Social Union supports the civil and political liberties of all Hutorian citizens be it that they recognize the need to trade some freedom for security under what is known the social contract. We support a democratic referendum in regards to ending the Hutori monarchy. We also support lowering the age of adulthood to 15 and protecting women's and LGBT rights from all who seek to erode them in the name of local liberty. |

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with. |
