Description[?]:
The Coburan National Party (Coburan Nacia Partio) was founded in 3292 by disenfranchised nationalists unhappy with increasing immigration and an erosion of Coburan national culture. The Chairman of the Party is Petr Lyakhov, often characterised in the media as a far-right politician. Under his leadership, the Party follows the ideology of "Nacia Corporativismo" (National Corporatism). They reject the extremes of capitalism and socialism, and emphasise national unity and pride above class struggle. Party members are known as Blackshirts, a reference to the official uniform of the party. NACIA CORPORATIVISMO: National Corporatism is based on two key elements: Nationalism and Third Way economics. It emphasies national unity as paramount, and rejects class struggle. Instead, it advocates the association of society in to corporate groups. Chairman Lyakhov defined it as "a system of social organization that has at its base the grouping of men according to the community of their natural interests and social functions, and as true and proper organs of the state they direct and coordinate labor and capital in matters of common interest." National Corporatism seeks to cleanse society of foreign and alien elements and preserve racial purity. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
