Description[?]:
Revolución Democrática y Popular Democratic and Popular Revolution The Revolución Democrática y Popular is a broad coalition of leftist groups and organizations who seek to transform Dranland into a Socialist state, free of the burdens of the failed Capitalist system and it's increasing toll on the worker of Dranland. The revolutionary change from Capitalism to Socialism will begin at the grass-roots level, with community organization and action, and will then proceed to local and nation wide action, which will begin the true Socialist revolution in Dranland. Revolución Democrática y Popular aims to use laws and procedures already active in Dranland, choosing to enact change through Democratic means rather than a wide scale radical left approach, which would only devolve the already unstable structure of the nation. We aim to establish Democratic Worker's Councils as the sole owners and operators of industry and business, while still allowing small businesses to play a vital role in the transformation. It is the worker who produces this nation's wealth, yet it is the factory owner who ends up with most of the profit. It is the worker's production and it is he who must run the factory, not the greedy corporations. A better world is necessary, and possible! |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
Random quote: "Sometimes it is said that man cannot be trusted with the government of himself. Can he, then, be trusted with the government of others?" - Thomas Jefferson |
