Details
Nation[?]: Rìoghachd na Rutha (Rutania)
Seats[?] in Pàrlamaid (Parliament)[?]: 0
Color[?]:
Description[?]:
The Infrastructure Party believes that the government's primary role is to build and maintain public infrastructure, while the free market is best for delivering goods and services. Only government led infrastructure development can ensure that expensive but necessary projects proceed, and only government ownership can ensure that market competition is not curtailed by a single corporate entity monopolising service delivery channels. Funding for such projects should come from cuts to government handouts and privitsation of non-essential services. The Infrastructure Party believes that social values are best determined by society and that government ought to play no part in the enforcement or encouragement of certain lifestyle choices. True equality is attained not by introduction of new legislation granting rights and recognition to particular lifestyle choices and groups, but rather by repealing of such legislation that had been introduced previously. |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
Random quote: "Ask the experimenters why they experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are like us." Ask the experimenters why it is morally okay to experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are not like us." Animal experimentation rests on a logical contradiction." - Charles R.
