Description[?]:
Our peoples once roamed these lands from coast to coast but as time has passed we have been pushed farther and farther East. To combat our waning numbers and visibility we have come together, all tribes, as a confederacy. We seek to incorporate native voices and guidance into the laws and goals of the Republic of Likatonia. Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
Random quote: "If democracy is ever to be threatened, it will not be by revolutionary groups burning government offices and occupying the broadcasting and newspaper offices of the world. It will come from disenchantment, cynicism and despair caused by the realization that the New World Order means we are all to be managed and not represented." - Tony Benn |
