New Hutori is a catch-all electoral alliance that was established in order to represent a wide range of progressive or socialist political ideologies in Hutori, and the alliance consists of various factions with different outlooks but with a shared outlook goal of either socially progressive or fiscally socialist policies. -- Factions -- Liberal Faction (Liberals): The social liberal, center-left faction of the party. They support fiscally centrist and socially progressive policies. Socialist Faction (Socialists): The democratic socialist, left-wing faction of the party. They support fiscally socialist and socially progressive policies. Monarchist Faction (Monarchists): The monarchist faction of the party contrasting with Republicans. They usually support fiscally liberal and socially pragmatic policies with some exceptions but they always support the role of monarchy and nobility, and they want to maintain the Kingdom of Hutori. Communist Faction (Communists): The communist, far-left faction of the party which is also the most radical faction. They support fiscally communist policies and socially progressive policies but there are also some socially conservative members of the faction. National Faction (Nationals): The classical liberal, center-right faction of the party. They support fiscally liberal and socially progressive policies. Conservative Faction (Conservatives): The conservative socialist, syncretic faction of the party. They support fiscally socialist and socially conservative policies. Republican Faction (Republicans): The republican faction of the party contrasting with Monarchists. They usually support fiscally socialist policies with some exceptions but they are always socially progressive and anti-establishment, and they want to establish the Federal Republic of Hutori. -- Party Council -- The party council is elected through a convention each ten years in which the party members cast their votes on their favorite faction. It is responsible for the management of the party outlook and electoral campaign together with the President.
