Description[?]:
Die Liberalen Demokraten (Liberal Democrats) are a socially liberal party. We seek to balance the free market and its benefits with government support for the needy. We stand for civil liberties and socially progressive ideas, such as LGBT rights, as we believe that the government has no business interfering in peoples' lives, and telling them what is right and wrong. We believe in a secular society, in which people are free to practise whatever they want, without government involvement or endorsement of religion. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
