| It is very important to understand that the Antónios Anthropophagus Collective is not a real party, but rather a loose conglomerate of corrupted members of other Kalopian parties, who have ties to the Anthropophagus Syndicat, which currently deals in manufacturing forged, cheaper action figures, laundering money, importing illegal drugs, alcohol and cigarets, extortion, stealing, and about any other crime there is. Naturally, the Syndicat is very powerful at the moment, as all members of the Gerousia are currently in its pockets. It has now expanded into every profitable criminal activity, and works hard to erect a state where the rule of law is high, in order to use loopholes that wouldn't exist in a totalitarian state. The corrupted party members don't reveal, of course, their true ties, and continue residing in the Gerousia, silently voting favourable for the syndicate. Due to its nature, whenever the Antónios Anthropophagus Collective appears in official election statistics, this is to be seen as an estimate of how many members of the Gerousia are actually corrupted, not as people actually having voted for the Collective, as it is the very nature of the Collective to work through other parties, otherwise it would be much to easy to arrest its members. |
