Description[?]:

The Nation as a Ship. That is the foundation of the philosophy of our Party, and it fulfils itself in every aspect of legislation and societal structure.
TO take for example the question of citizenship, as it is from this metaphor that our movement was born, we need not our nation to be made of passengers, but crewmen. Men who are loyal to the Nation, ultimately loyal to the nation. Not merely willing to die for her but with her, who will stand by her not just when she shines glorious above all over nations in the world, but should the worst happen, who would stand by her as she tips and sinks into the depths of the sea.
When it comes to who has the right to hold the Nation responsible for them, it cannot be done suitably by mere birth, this has been tried and it has failed, it cannot be on the grounds of wealth, this too has been tried and shown not to work. It must be done on the grounds of Loyalty, on a willingness to stand by the Nation and the government of the Nation. And the government chosen on its loyalty, on its willingness to stand by the nation and the sworn people of the nation. The Duty and responsibility of all Crewmen is to the wellbeing of the Ship, or to put it in other terms, the Duty and responsibility of all citizens is to the Land and the People on the Land.
And it must be a military vessel, who we do not want is Passengers, the millionaire and especially the Refugee and no society can succeed with their presence, they have no attachment to the nation, the Millionaire will not stand by the nation when It needs it, he will take his business to wear he can reap the most profit and not care what happens to the homeland. And the Refugee will never to loyal to any home, the mere fact that he is a refugee is the evidence that he should not be allowed on our shores as he has become what he is by abandoning the country of his birth when it needed him most and is prepared to abandon ours the first time the waters rock it, and never so much as thank, let alone repay her for the help offered to him….

Random fact: Particracy is set in the fictional world of Terra, which mirrors the real world of today and yet is not quite like it.

Random quote: "It makes no difference, in principle, if this 'collective will' is divined by the edicts of a dictator or by majority vote, so long as the rights of the individual may still be sacrificed." - Robert Garmong
