🐉The Warlocks Guild🐉 Akigan: Cirichád Déofolwítga Draddwyr: Urd y Wrach 🐲Ideology🐲 Political Pantheism Distributism/Corporatism Green libertarianism (faction) Green conservatism (faction) Eco-fascism (faction) Amazon feminism (faction) Motto: "Passion through force, force through passion" Symbol: Red dragon 🐲Overview🐲 The Warlocks Guild, formerly known as the Death Knights Brotherhood, is an ancient order, formally reorganised into a supra-political entity in the 3230's by Aesir the Warlock, who ruled as Unholy Sovereign of Davostag from 3241 to 3265. In this incarnation, through fully independent from the Satanilic party, it succeed in restoring Unholy rule over Davostan. The teachings of the Warlocks are based on occultist teachings, belief in the dark arts, and 'left hand' esoterism/magic, trough the guild formally denounces necromancy and has expelled members who've attempted to dabble into such arts. At the core, Warlocks seek to empower themselves through complicated theurgies and arcane teachings. The Warlocks allow for religious and ideological pluralism, with many political, philosophical and religious factions (often known as "paths") existing inside it. No concrete political ideology has been developed from this, but the Guild is generally found pursing policies that may be described as a form of political Pantheism with beliefs ranging form green conservatism or libertarianism to eco-fascism. Some Warlocks belong of more druidic or shamanistic paths, and many are devoted to the Unseelie Court (dark elves) and their Mother goddess, which is reflected in their political beliefs. Some even subscribe to organised Nature-inspired religions, such as Felinism and Daenism. While the core of the Brotherhood is composed of occultists, many members do revere in Satanil as well, either as a primal or secondary deity. Above all, Warlocks believe that magical energies have to come from within, and cannot be taught to those who lack the gift. They are elitists, but not to the extent of culling the weak fot its own sake. 🐲Grandmaster/Grandmistress🐲 Aethelhild of Shire, 4336- |
