Background: The Progressive Conservative Party was founded in 4342 by Luis Rubio and a group of Marligantos small business owners dissatisfied with the country's political parties. These businessmen sought to establish a pragmatic party that attempts to combine both conservative and progressive ideas. The party supports a regulated market economy, free speech rights, environmental protection, social equality, and relatively high levels of local autonomy. After many years, the party was reestablished by another Marligantos small business owner, Giuseppe Rivera, in 5045.

The Neoconservative Party of Gaduridos:

Founded in 4042 by David Kristol; Ceased to Exist 4064

Background: The Neoconservative Party was formed out of the ashes of the Conservative Party nearly 162 years after its disbandment. David Kristol, a distant cousin of former President Ariel Rubinstein, led a group of Yeudi (Jewish) intellectuals from across the domestic political spectrum to form a party dedicated to a strong military, Gaduri Exceptionalism, support for Beiteynu, interventionism, internationalism, free trade, open borders, and spreading democracy across Terra. The party lasted only about twenty years disbanding after ten years of poor election results and the death of party leader David Kristol.

Founded in 3551 by George E. Johnson; Ceased to Exist in 3880

Background: The Conservative Party of Gaduridos was a right wing party founded with the initial purpose of bringing law and order to the Federal Union. Soon after taking power, they were met with Communist opposition, and they stood as the lone defender of human rights and free markets in Gaduridos until the Communist Party dissolved itself. After the fall of the Communists, they evolved into a party that spent hundreds of years focused on defending democracy, free markets, and traditional values not only within the Federal Union, but around the globe as well.
