The Beluzian Coalition of the Regions (BCR) main objective will be the creation of an ultimate federal state where many policies will be delegated to the regions. Apart from defence, foreign affairs, energy matters and certain infrastructual and evironmental issues, the regional democracies should be responsible for all other matters. The BCR serves and defends the interests of the regions. Political Headquarter: Fort Thorne (Parlos Decina) Party Head Office: Port Tackstov (Iliathar) Partyleader: Sophie Drammer The major goals of the VBR are as follows: - to defend a federal republican state - to support the regional autonomy where desired - personal development opportunities - full employment - stimulating economic growth - a national government which is involved in helping the poor - international cooperation - solvent financial policies - regional issues should be decided upon by the local communities which means: - a competitive economy based caring for the "have nots" - stimulation of education (strong government involvement ) - the government is responsible for health care - an active foreign policy - investing on research and development issues - little national bureaucracy - an active labourmarket policy - a technological advanced defense force - the possibility to deploy a military peacekeeping force - no budget deficit - GDP share of the state should not exeed 15 % (small government, low taxes) - local related issues should be delegated to the Prefectures and muncipalities: environmental issues (forest management, forest protection, hunting and fishing, local parks, tree planting), gambling, museums, libraries, sport clubs, national and local police force, keeping of wild animals, fire brigades and fire works. The Federal Party Congress consists of 105 members (21 /region) and decides about major policies, the election agenda and appoint candidate President, candidate Ministers, candidate members of the regional- and the Federal Parliaments. The Executive Commitee decide about major day by day political issues and consist of the Partychairman, the regional partyleaders, the Federal partleader and (if so) the most senior Cabinet Minister as representative of the BCR ministers. |
