Description[?]:
Parti de la Voix du Peuple (Vox Populi Party or Voice of the People’s Party) Philosophy: The Vox Populi Party (VPP) is dedicated to the protection of individual civil liberties and the collective progress of the working class, underprivileged peoples, and oppressed peoples. The VPP believes that a powerful state is a threat to individual freedom and rights and that powerful, super-wealthy entities that exploit the labor of the Aldurian worker ought to be weakened as to balance the power struggle between worker and capitalist. Unlike the other politics, the VPP believes in progress and liberty at the sacrifice of tradition. Unlike the other politics, the VPP believes in radical change and resistance to a broken system at the sacrifice of moderatism and compliance. The VPP is more than protest, it is action. Prominent Members: Elio Lavigne - Co-founder of the VPP movement, a socialist economic theorist, a critic of moderate and right-wing politics, the author of “Voix d’une Generation”, “Manifeste du Millenaire”, and “Lutte de Classes”. Angela Newton - Former member of early anarchist and progressive movements, professor of sociology and culture, the author of “Femmes, Race, et Classes” and “Travailleurs Libre”. Rachel Williamsburg - Former member of new age Anarchist movements, an outspoken critic of mainstream politics, the author of “Anarchistes”, “Liberte et Egalite” and “Le Poing” Politics: Unitarian Strong Government Permissive Civil Rights Enviromentalist Policy Internationalist Policy Regulation Socialist Government Very Progressive Morality Secular Policy History: The Vox Populi Party was created in 4582 as a response to the growing Conservative movement in Alduria, following the election victory of the Conservative Party in 4581. It is the leftist response to the moderatism of the former Socialist Party (now the Social Liberal Party) and seeks to be a continuation of the Socialist movement. |

Random fact: Don't vote yes on a cabinet coalition that doesn't give you the power that you deserve. |
Random quote: "We must show that liberty is not merely one particular value but that it is the source and condition of most moral values. What a free society offers to the individual is much more than what he would be able to do if only he were free. We can therefore not fully appreciate the value of freedom until we know how a society of free men as a whole differs from one in which unfreedom prevails." - Friedrich August Hayek |
