The New Republican Party is a new party founded in 4793, that is a center-right party known for its independent thinking flair during its short time tenure so far. They support lower taxes, responsible spending cuts and investments in certain areas, strong defense, support civil rights, tough on crime, and favor globalism over nationalism and isolationism. The party is controlled by a 178 panel of delegates that are either elected or appointed depending on their local NRP's bylaws. The delegate panel appoints and confirms the Chair and Vice-Chair of the party. They also in charge of nominating their parties Presidential candidates and recommending cabinet officials to a President from their party.
