"Iustitiae per Esse Quam Videri!" The National Progressive Party is a Center-Left party of Progressives, Liberals, and Social Democrats. Founded by Henry A. Jackson in 4875. Unique among normal left leaning parties in its pro-military stance and technocratic lean. Party Leaders: Henry A. Jackson (NPP-R):4875-4885 Alexandria Collins (NPP-R): 4885-Present Factions: NPP-C(centerist): The Centrist Liberal Wing, is much more moderate on social and economic affairs. Tends to be Social Liberals and fear that the more outspoken progressives might incur a red scare against the party. NPP-R(reformists): The Progressive Social Democratic Wing, is much more progressive on social and economic affairs than the NPP-C, tend to be progressive social democrats. They believe in steady reform of the system. To make it more equable. NPP-S(ocalist): The full blown Democratic Socialist wing. Is even more progressive than the other wings and demands rapid, massive, and revolutionary reforms to the system. Currently the Reformists are the leading faction.
