Description[?]:

Introduction
The Federalist Party is a major political party in the nation of Beluzia that has also been called the Social Federalist Party. The current Party Chair is Cassandra Hepburn-Smith, a former president of Beluzia. The party is governed by the Federalist National Committee, which is a group of people elected by localized parties to decide what the party will look like moving forward. Important party members include William McHale, Dorothy Winthrop, Margaret Channing, and Tumnus Spearson. The Federalists are permanent allies of the Traditionalist Party. Along with the other major parties, the Federalists celebrated the fall of the dangerous Unionist Party, which they saw as a slander against themselves (as it was the old name of the Federalist Party) and was comprised of dangerous, far-right policies that would've resulted in the collapse of Beluzia.

Party Divisions
The Federalist Party is divided into four subfactions: the Conservatives, the Liberals, the Centrists, and the Establishment. Each faction has differing beliefs, members, and leaders. Some of these subfactions are larger than others.

The largest faction is the Liberals. Led by Dorothy Winthrop and Alexander Dukakis, the Liberals are typically aligned with democratic socialism or liberal/free-thinking socialism. The Liberals prefer personal freedoms with limited economic control with a fair mix of political freedoms. The Liberals recently relinquished their long-standing majority within the party in an attempt to stave off the dangerous non-Traditionalist right-wing organizations that have arisen to destroy the economy and Beluzian democracy, such as the Liberals, the BPP, and the BDP.

Next comes the Establishment. The Establishment is made up of politicians like Cassandra Hepburn-Smith and Margaret Channing. The Establishment tries to balance out the other factions and stay at the center of the party rather than the entire political system.

Then there are the Conservatives. Led by William McHale, the Conservatives waned for several years before making a sudden comeback. They prefer working with the Centrists and the Establishment, and they are a key part of the link to the Traditionalists.

Finally, there are the Centrists. Led by former Conservative Federalists Roy and Rachel Davis, the Centrists are the fastest-growing faction in the party. The Centrists seek to work solely with the Traditionalists unless it is necessary to save Beluzian democracy.
