| INTRODUCTION Established: June 2968 The OCA will be the organizing body of the Artanian Olympics. Only Artanians nations who joins this organization are eligible to take part in the olympics. Each and every Artanian nation who joins, would have a representative in the OCA, where they would vote, and thus every nation has ONE (1) vote. The representative may or may not be the Minister of Foreign Affairs and/or the Minister of Health & Social Services of each respective country. SPORTS AT OLYMPICS Artanian Olympics will hold events in EIGHT (8) Sports, adding ONE (1) sport every TWO (2) AO. The sports at the First Artanian Olympics: - Football - Baseball - Basketball - Rugby - Wrestling - Swimming - Athletics - Gymnastics Sports that could be added later on, not in this order: - Fencing - (Ice) Hockey - (Water) Polo - Bicycling - Billiards - Golf - Cricket - Chess - Archery - Tennis - (Ice/Water) Skiing - Skating - Surfing - Volleyball - Dodge Ball - Curling - Boxing - Handball - Martial Arts - Bowling All nations must establish and maintain their respective federation/association in each sport discipline, and then submit which sports they are going to participate in, at the latest, TWO (2) years before the event. Sports that would be added later on, would be voted by the OCA, and it's members. HOSTING & BIDDING First Artanian Olympics (AO I) provisional date: June 2980- July 2980, where Artanian Olympics will be held every TEN (10) years. Bidding procedure: FIFTEEN (15) years before event, votes are counted until FIVE (5) years before AO Bidding procedure for now would be selecting the first four (4) hosts, then follow procedure. Bids would be for NATIONS, and the winner would then choose which CITY or CITIES would be used. Nations bidding must inform the OCA about their complexes, stadiums and venues, as well as sufficient infrastructure (roads, hotels, buses, taxis, parking lots, airports, seaports) and personnel (policemen, firemen, paramedics, doctors, security guards, transportation workers, airport and seaport personnel) for the amount of tourist expected. Minimal numbers of sport venues are: * 4 sport complexes, stadiums or venues available for each sports, -with only ONE (1) FOUR(4)-sports venue, and/or -TWO (2) TWO(2)-sports venue allowed.
