INTRODUCTION: Recognizing the challenges Draddwyr communities face in many countries due to certain affects of globalization, we the ratifying nations of this treaty, presumably having a historical connection to Draddwyr culture, language, or history, commit to make preservation of traditional Draddwyr culture an intellectual priority in tune with globalization and social advancement, in order to recognize the Draddwyr culture as one which is a rich part of the Terran global story and heritage, and in order to encourage Draddwyr people in our nations not to abandon and allow their rich historical traditions to disappear. PRESERVATION OF DRADDWYR LANGUAGE -To encourage and possibly require leading universities to offer courses in Draddwyr language. -To provide Draddwyr linguistic instruction in primary schools in Draddwyr communities. - -To provide signage in Draddwyr where a significant amount of Draddwyr speakers reside PRESERVATION OF DRADDWYR ART AND MUSIC -To allocate some arts funding to the preservation and continuation of both traditional and syncretic Draddwyr art forma -Encourage teaching of Draddwyr music within music education wherever possible and expedient -To encourage study of Draddwyr art PRESERVATION OF DRADDWYR CUISINE -Encourage the serving of Draddwyr dishes at state functions -Allocate some agriculture funding to preserve certain Drafdwyr horticultural traditions PRESERVATION OF DRADDWYR HISTORY -fund some archaeological projects with a special emphasis on Draddwyr history in the respective country and region. -To include rich local histories of Draddwyr communities into social studies curricula which span a wide range -To encourage the offering of courses in Draddwyr history at leading universities PRESERVATION OF DRADDWYR NATIONAL COSTUMES -To make no law permitting the wearing of ethnic costumes of Draddwyr people in any locality -To encourage the preservation of the Draddwyr costume |
