Establishment of the Rildanorian-Yingdalan Cultural Association

Given the friendship between Yingdala and Rildanor, the Foreign Ministers agreed on the creation of a Cultural Association between the two nations. Which will follow the provisions of the following articles.

I. Cultural Associations

A. Cultural associations are non-profit organizations, in which both nations can showcase their history and culture and their respective advances in fields such as technology, education and culture.
B. The cultural associations are fully functional, and will be composed of a board of directors formed by representatives of the two nations.
C. The governments of Yingdala and Rildanor will provide funding and make recommendations based on educational and cultural development.

II. Cultural and historical events

A. The two nations may establish museums where the history and culture of the respective nation can be displayed.
B. Both nations will be free to use Auditoriums, Amphitheatres and Theatres to present works from both countries.
C. Yingdala and Rildanor will be able to create exhibitions on the history of their respective countries to educate and culture the public regarding the friendship between the two countries.

III. With regard to education between the two countries

A. With the establishment of Yingdalan Academies in Rildanor, the Cultural Association will provide scholarships for exchange students to study at Rildanor universities, as well as provide scholarships to students at Rildanor and Yingdala schools to study at Rildanor and Yingdala universities respectively.
B. Yingdala and Rildanor are free to establish universities between the two nations in the city of their choice.
C. Both nations value academic freedom.

IV. Locations

A. The Cultural Association will have 4 seats (2 cities between the two nations) in cultural centers. These cities are Labonne and Arloux in Rildanor and Liangjiang and Tian'an in Yingdala
B. The two nations are free to name these cultural centers with a name that represents the friendship between these two countries.

V. In conclusion

A. By signing this document the two nations agree to maintain and strengthen cultural relations and friendship between these two countries.
B. The supervision of cultural associations is the responsibility of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and of Culture of both countries.
