| This is a Economic Agreement between Telamon and Narikaton and Darnussia. Upon ratification the following articles and their provisions will take into effect. 1. Free Trade. The citizens, businesses and corporations corporate and otherwise organized of the two signatory nations may buy and sell each others' goods and products free of customs duties, tariffs and other taxes imposed on the basis of difference of citizenship. 2. Investment. Investors from Narikaton and Darnussia and Telamon can invest in business and corporations via the stock market in the two nations without needing government approval and the investors can hold a stake of up to 49% in a business in either nation. 3. The contracting nations pledge to establish trade promotion programmes, facilitate private and public trade missions and promote the continuous exchange of information, market studies and activities leading to the maximum utilisation of opportunities offered by the liberalisation of trade. 4. To facilitate cooperation between companies and for ease of work, free travel between the two countries will be adopted. 5. Either of the two countries may leave but they must inform the other before hand. |
