| Upon the ratification of this treaty the following will take effect: Article 1 "Lease" -Deltaria will lease a piece of land in Lomba (Tukarali) for at least the coming 50 years -Deltaria will pay 200 million annually to the Tukarali government to maintain the lease on the territory Article 2 "Base" -The leased territory will be used to construct and maintain a naval base -The naval base will house 2 destroyers, 1 cruiser and two nuclear attack submarines as well as a squadron of RiG-35 fighters and a unit of ZNZS special forces -The forces on the naval base will pledge to ONLY protect and maintain the integrity of Tukarali and Antonese waters, not fire a first shot and use their position to maintain peace and CPIS presence in the area. |
