| By the powers invested in this declaration by both the Tukarese Republic (and its Successor States) and the United Kingdom of Lourenne (and its Successor States), both countries agree to the clauses defined below; Article 1 - On Diplomacy: 1.1 - By the premises stated in this article and its following clauses, both the United Kingdom and the Tukarese Republic agree to recognize each other as sovereign and independent nations, pledging to solve any type of conflict that may appear between them through peaceful and diplomatic manners. 1.2 - Both the United Kingdom and the Tukarese Republic agree to establish trustworthy and efficient communication channels and embassies. Article 2 - Friendship Declaration: 2.1 - By the premises of this article, both the United Kingdom of Lourenne and the Tukarese Republic agree to recognize each other as friendly nations towards each other, which underlines the importance of establishing transparent communication lines, better defined in the aforementioned Article 1. Article 3 - On Trade: 3.1 - By the premises of this article, both the United Kingdom of Lourenne and the Tukarese Republic agree to install minimal, if any tariffs towards one another Article 4 - On Access to Ports: 4.1 - By the premises of this article, both the United Kingdom of Lourenne and the Tukarese Republic agree to oversee an open ports policy towards each other, as a manner to facilitate trade and cooperation at the naval level. Article 5 - On Withdrawals: 5.1 - In the case of withdrawal, both the United Kingdom of Lourenne and the Tukarese Republic agree to a 6 months prior notice of the withdrawal. |
