1a. Especially included are the following sectors: General Financial Activity, Shipping, Fishing, Tourism, Oil & Energy
2. Gaduridos allows Dual-Republican fishing companies to acquire property and conduct their business freely, according to the regulations in force.
3. Both governments agree to ease business transactions and allow the fast as well as unproblematic acquirement of business visas.
4. The Dual-Republic's government and private sector fund an investment loan at the value of one billion DAR at an interest rate of 2% p.a
