Message | To prevent the voters from becoming victims in this fraud,w e demand reelections. ooc: The vote does seem like a glitch, one I can live with. However, I would rpefer early elections just to double check. |

Message | FIND hopes that should the AP have any concrete evidence of fraud, they will alert the appropriate authorities. OOC: It's not a glitch. There are only so many voters for the far-right, authoritarian point of view. Last election, these all went for the AP. This election, they split between the AP and INSP. The AP also moved away from the center, so the total number of votes is less. As for the SWU's large number of seats... I guess NDP voters wanted a change? It's not unprecedented. |

Message | ooc: Ah, ok. I don't mind even if it was, but others might, and if it affected other nations, it would have to be reported. My IC opinion still stands though. ic: We are reporting the proper authorities, and have picture evidence, which will; be presented to this body. We ask that this wrong be corrected by early elections, and no criminal charges will be pressed. Mr. Speaker, we hereby present picture evidence of voting machines, where 3/4 of the legislative names listed recorded votes for the SWU. (Assume there are pictures of machines that AP sympathisers . it would be EXTREMLY hard to prove though, and the party leadership would have no idea it happened.) |

Message | We feel this attack on us and our members is another attempt at the right wing parties to try and cling onto power at any cost. The two workers heartlands voted for the SWU because we were the only party that would bring real change to the country, I don't hear anyone claiming that the AP won Dazlon because they happen to have a strong hold there, we didn't campaign very much in Dazlon and Mekarali but we still won seats in the poorest areas. We feel that AP should stop their whinging and whining and let us all work together to bring the country together. |

Message | OOC: There was a very instructive study one of the players who used to play in Ikradon did of one of our elections. Search for "Ikradon" on the game forums and you'll find it. May shed some light. Also, proposing bills makes voters like you and the SWU did a lot more of that than I did before the last one. If I'm not wrong I recall a bias towards new parties being built in for their first election. I'm a relatively moderate socialist, though, and I usually lose out to those further to the left. Early on, Ikradon was dominated by the more extreme Democratic Socialist Party which pursued Soviet-style policies - complete nationalisation, collectivising farms, etc. and the voters loved them. |

Message | Veeeery interesting. So is the NCP we have now the same NCP we had then? Apologies -- I had thought the NDP and FFP were the only founders left. |

Message | Indeed. The NCP is very proud of its historical role in the creation of the great Ikradon that we all enjoy today. |

Message | We believe this is an unacceptable disruption of the business of government, without proper evidence of fraud to be submitted. We regret that we shall oppose. |

Message | The pictoral evidence is RIGHT there in front of you. It is undeniably true, and not falsified. |

Message | Official response from the INSP: "Why the hell not?" OOC: I think, NDP, you're right, and there is a favouratism towards newer parties. The INSP got a hell of a lot of votes when we first popped up, even though I proposed nothing. |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically |
