MessageEr, as it stands the state provides housing either through council properities or through housing associations, where possible, however private housing is also used where these are not possible. Having just private housing means that landlords effectively hold the state to ransom and doesn't give total choice to the poor. We would urge parties to vote no.

MessageOne important social aspect of the public housing system is that the poor get to own their homes, which is actually quite significant psychologically, and gives some stability and permanance. And it also means that no matter what happens, all families know they will have a roof over their heads.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.
