Voting deadline: December 2363
Description[?]:
The True Conservative Party believes that, in order to maintain efficiency in every business and eliminate distraction from work, the nation's current policy on worker strikes must be altered. The True Conservative Party believes that the nation's current policy on worker strikes is a distortion of the free market - all workers and employers consent in the hiring process to a certain wage, and so there is no reason that workers should complain about their pay. Workers demanding unreasonable pay may be responsible for a fluctuation in the success of their business. Furthermore, if workers have a query or complaint about something in their workplace, they should take it up directly with the employer, instead of creating a ruckus which creates much unwanted negative publicity for the business. The True Conservative Party believes that if workers have the right to strike, employers should have the right to fire. |
