Message | Private companies are in it to make money, DWCs are in it to help build and produce high quality products, cheaper and for the benifit of the workers and not some businessman who stuck some money in and does sweet nothing else. |

Message | If that is truly the case, then subsidies should be irrelevant to them. Why tax the rest of us for their special interest? |
Date | 19:36:38, February 14, 2007 CET | From | National Conservative Party | To | Debating the DWC Subsidy Repeal Act |
Message | The NCP is dismayed by the SWU's failure to understand the working of the finance sector. By providing money to companies banks and private investors are taking a risk that they will recieve less money back or even no money at all. In exchange for taking this risk they recieve part of the profits that are generated using their money. Without this investment the company won't be able to expand and therefore their growth will be retarded culminating on a macro level in a stagnate economic growth resulting in unemployment. |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
