This bill would change the existing law from: 1) All citizens are issued with identity cards and are required to carry them at all times. To: All citizens are issued with identity cards but are not required to carry them. We believe that it is important for citizens to have quick and suitable identification, but the choice should be optional to carry this respective card around wherever a citizen may go. |
