| As some of the right honourable members will be aware the latest law that allows alcohol to be sold to anyone is a complete shambles. He may be aware that the number of teenagers getting arrested for drunk and disorderly behaviour is up by at least 5000%!!! We propose a new law to stop these teenage menaces. |
