Proposed: The state encourages and funds private efforts towards the protection of cultural and historical heritage.

Message | After careful consideration, MUP/PET opposes. To transfer these national treasures to private ownership opens the way to those who would demolish historically significant landscapes to build parking lots. At the very least the government should supervise the developent of these areas. |
