While we have no desire to force anyone to give birth, technologies for surrogate motherhood and the like should render this law unnecesssary. Is the NCP trying to say that viable unborn children should be second-class citizens? |

MUP/PET has consistently supported a woman's right to choose to abort at some stage of the pregnancy. What we oppose is to draw the line at birth when medical science is increasingly showing that most fetal development has completed before then. |
