The Parliament of the Beluzian Republic, realising the need to prevent attacks by paramilitary organisations as they are being disarmed; Empowers the police to be armed to deal with to deal with paramilitary organisations for a period of ten (10) years until the threat has subsided, and resolves to reverse the extra powers granted to the police after this period. |
