Bill: Illegal aliens
Details
Submitted by[?]: Bicky Forever - MSCC
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2379
Description[?]:
The current law states: "The government ignores illegal aliens." The Bicky Forever party wants to change this. We want to know what other parties think about it, in order to find a parliamentary majority. We would support the following proposals (because better than the current law): a. The government does not actively search for illegal aliens, but expels them from the country when discovered. b. The government actively searches houses for illegal aliens and puts them in integration centers if discovered. c. The government does not actively search for illegal aliens, but puts them in integration centers if discovered. |

Message | To the NDP: our law says: Anyone is able to claim nationality. But what if that claim isn't accepted? We consider an "illegal immigrant" as a person who's claim wasn't accepted, but, however, decided not to leave the country. The Bicky Forever party thinks it is inhuman to ignore these people. Or we help them integrating, or we expel them from the country. We want to ask the other parties what they think is best... |

Message | We fully agree with the NDP and see no reason for legislative action. |

Message | Nationality is different from immigration. I'm referring to the fact that we don't have immigration restrictions. |
