MessageHow is this going to work with Solentia joining? Can the treaty creator turn down a country trying to join a treaty?

MessageUnder Article 9 of the treaty, Solentia may be legally withdrawn any rights under the treaty with a 2/3 vote from the treaty's participating nations. In this case, Jakania and Cobura (and Wantuni, if they are signatories at the time of vote) can elect to to deny Solentia access.

Solentia is causing us a bureaucratic headache, but thankfully, a headache is all it is.

MessageThen we ask Jakania, would those nations you say (excluded us of course) be in favour of removing them ?

MessageWe can not speak for the Republic of Cobura explicitly, but we believe the Jakanian council would back such a proposal unanimously. We will call a conference of the current members as soon as possible, so that the votes may be cast.

The conference is called, and while Wantuni currently can not vote on the issue presented, representatives of the Empire of Wantuni are invited to attend and give their input, if they so wish.
