Bill: Repeal of ban on smoking in places of employment
Details
Submitted by[?]: Mordusian Individualists
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2387
Description[?]:
We feel that this law directly impinges on a persons right to do as they please on there property, and that it is not the business of government to intervene in said situation simply because people are employed in the property. We stress that it is always the choice of the employee to work at such places, and thus can see no reason for this blatant nannying by government, and find it abhorrent that such restrictions on a persons own property are in place. |
