| In light of recent socialist terrorist requests to establish terrorist encampments on our border, I think we owe the people of the Valruzian Federation a guarantee that we are on their side, and the side of the legitimate government. So I propose the MFA(When we get one) to propose a treaty with the Valruzian Republic which ensures the following: I. The Army of the Republic of Likatonia will aid the Valruzian federation by disbanding and arresting any terrorist rebels on or within our borders, especially those involved in the Valruzian conflict. II. We will extradite any rebels involved in fighting against the Valruzian Federation and its people back to the Valruzian Federation to face judgement. The CCU would also like to look into a military alliance with the Valruzian Federation. |

| Message | You have completely misinterpreted the conflict in Valruzia. It is a ethnic and not political conflict and the Zuman Indepence Army most certainly does not fit in the category terrorist. Any nation that belive in basic human rights would long ago intervened to free the Zumans. Information concerning the roots of this conflict can be found in the Valruzian history on the wiki. |
