Message | No. We are christians but we don't believe in forcing anyone to do anything. God wanted free will and everybody should be unique. Yes we want everyone in Hutori to be christian, but this isn't the way to go about it. |
Date | 18:07:19, May 20, 2007 CET | From | Macon Nationalist Party | To | Debating the Hutori Christian Heritage Platform |
Message | "We respectfully disagree. Conversion is a spiritual matter akin to issues of life and death. The state can not allow its people to choose the wrong path in life and death issues; it must not allow them to choose wrongly in spiritual issues of the same fashion." -Cecilia Roberts MNP, Chair |
Date | 18:09:46, May 20, 2007 CET | From | Conservative Union Party | To | Debating the Hutori Christian Heritage Platform |
Message | It's the will of the people whether they want to be a christian or not. You can't force anybody to do something they don't want to. All you'll achieve if this is passed is less votes for you and more for Le Chaim. |
Date | 18:12:13, May 20, 2007 CET | From | Macon Nationalist Party | To | Debating the Hutori Christian Heritage Platform |
Message | "Of course it's the will of the people. And if a majority of the people elect our party, the people will have spoken in favor of a mandatory Christian Church. That's all this platform seeks to clarify: our proposed platform for spiritual development." -Roberts |
Date | 18:18:10, May 20, 2007 CET | From | Conservative Union Party | To | Debating the Hutori Christian Heritage Platform |
Message | No it's not the will of the people. They are being forced to do something they don't want to do. How can that be the will of the people? Vote this down at all costs. |

Message | "Majority rule is the foundation of any real democracy. It's unfortunate that you would deny this right." -Roberts |
Date | 18:39:23, May 20, 2007 CET | From | Conservative Union Party | To | Debating the Hutori Christian Heritage Platform |
Message | You are the ones who are denying rights. |
Date | 18:42:15, May 20, 2007 CET | From | Macon Nationalist Party | To | Debating the Hutori Christian Heritage Platform |
Message | "We affirm one right. The right to democratic rule. Nothing else. We deny all other rights that come in conflict with that one sacred tenet of our constitutional monarchy." -Roberts |
Date | 22:02:51, May 20, 2007 CET | From | Conservative-Libertarian Party (UM) | To | Debating the Hutori Christian Heritage Platform |
Message | We find it rather humorous that the CUP oppose this. They're into forcing people to believe what they believe, and have been for some time. It is ridiculous that you say you are not when you wish to install a state religion, and at one point, you did vote in favour of everybody having to be a member. |
Date | 23:25:21, May 20, 2007 CET | From | Christian Democratic Alternative | To | Debating the Hutori Christian Heritage Platform |
Message | The last elections provided the secular parties with a comfortable majority, so talking about majority rule as far as Christianity is concerned is rather foolish. Yet the CDA will support because we are Christians. |
Date | 23:34:02, May 20, 2007 CET | From | Macon Nationalist Party | To | Debating the Hutori Christian Heritage Platform |
Message | "It's wonderful to have CDA support. Obviously we don't claim a majority yet, but in the future we foresee a Christian majority which will enforce morality here in Hutori with the support of the people of the region of Hutori." -Roberts |
