MessageI am assuming that "illegal filesharing" in our case does not include music and stuff, which is only illegal because the Multi-National Corprorations are loosing a few pennys because some spotty teenager who is poorer then the rich fat cats who run the record company has decided to Share music online or download one because CDs are too expensive for them, and when it gets taken to court the rich record company can buy a better lawyer and therefore win the case, since in a capitalist society the rich can buy there justice and ensure they stay out of prison and they win because they can afford a decent lawyer and are part of the same ruling classes the judges are. (end of rant)

Messagethis is the best option looking at all others, i'm not going to defend this and i assume this bill will only work according to our laws.
And since you create this rich in our society i do see a problem indeed...

Message1.
Internet regulations.

The internet is completely unregulated by the government.

Alternatives:

Use of the internet is prohibited.
The government runs it's own internet with government approved content only and no connection to the rest of the world.
There is major censureship of the internet by the government.
Internet is free to use but the police can run investigations concerning illegal activities conducted by using internet (child abuse, illegal filesharing,...)

... it sais sensureship... :| even i can see thats wrong... and i'm not native-tongue english...
so or you let hate speech and child porn free on the internet or you use it for internet investigations or you censor a lot which is kind of vague for me, since i'm pro mild-forms of censorship...
or you only let the government own all internet and let it be aproved which is smart looking at ou would prevent many internet crime but it is a restriction...
or you abolish the internet which is also pretty smart...

MessageI was speaking about the remarks made by the representative of the Communist Party over there. Specifically: << or you only let the government own all internet and let it be aproved which is smart looking at ou would prevent many internet crime but it is a restriction...
or you abolish the internet which is also pretty smart... >>
