Message | Banning drugs will simply increase problems in our society. There'll be many honest people all around the nation that will get a criminal case, simply because they used drugs. Anyway, as this was left to the local governments, each county could have its own policy, so that more progressist counties were not penalized by more conservatives et vice-versa. |
