| Under the current laws one can only divorce form his partner when and if a crime is committed (such as adultery, or violence). And that isn't practice. Sometimes a couple agrees that their are differences between them simply to great for a meninges relationship. And on the other hand, under the current law there must be a public revelation of violence and adultery to gain a divorce, and that can be a horrible experience for many, wouldnt you agree. Let us give people a choice, not a condition. |

Old value:: Divorces are only legal with grounded cause (such as adultery, or violence).
Current: Divorces are legal, be it mutual consent, grounded cause or if one partner wants it.
